Ascendancy Guidelines on Suspicious Activity

In order to secure a new and bold future for ourselves and our posterity, it is important that every debtor under the authority of the One Earth Ascendancy stand united for the safety and security of our society. To further this goal of peace in the modern age and into the future, we must collectively work together to combat terrorism, deviancy, and all forms of abnormal behavior which threaten to strip us of the priveleges so courageously earned by our valiant Ascendancy servicemen. To ensure we may retain our freedoms, it is the duty of every loyal debtor to remain vigilant and report any sign of suspicious thought or activity. And not only is it your duty to the Ascendancy, but also to your fellow debtor. Even those deviating from the norm can only benefit from your reporting, for it is only in being found out that those lost can be saved from themselves.

Indicators of Dissent

Deviant Behaviors, Beliefs, Opinions, Questions, Complaints, Hobbies, and Other Red Flags

In their work or leisure time, a loyal debtor may encounter or overhear certain individuals expressing certain habits, proclivities, unorthodox ideas, beliefs, or complaints. While seemingly innocuous, such expressions more often than not are a window to the soul. This kind of deviancy often proves to be a gateway to dissent, and other terrorist or criminal patterns. In other words, it is a debtor’s outward actions which reveal inward weaknesses. Only in receiving help from trusted Ascendancy sources can an at-risk individual receive the care they need. For this reason, the common debtor should be aware of the following signs, and, if noted, report them to your nearest Ascendancy Authority:

• Depression and Unhappiness in General: While a debtor’s first reaction when a live-in, acquaintance, or even family member expresses unhappiness or depression may be to console them, it is better for the safety and security of yourself, the public, and even the individual expressing the unfortunate emotion, that the infraction be reported. In captured Dissidents, the Oculus found that ninety-nine percent of Dissidents expressed a general unhappiness with life, during interrogation procedures.
• Fertility: The Office of the Perpetual Questioning has reported that one out of a thousand captured Dissidents proved to be fertile. This is notably higher than the Ascendancy standard of one out of every one hundred thousand. For this reason, fertile debtors should self-report if either recently becoming, or previously having been fertile. Ciber Arms, etc.), then the individual must be reported. If a debtor expresses interest in joining approved organizations, a debtor should encourage them to move forward with that commitment. There remains a high probability that these debtors, especially young men, are at risk of being contacted or recruited by secret black network terrorist Dissident cells.
• Listless or Wanton Behavior in Youths: The Ascendancy loves and needs the youth! Therefore it is the duty of every debtor to ensure they receive the proper training and instruction owed to them, and commanded by all the authority and power of the One Earth Ascendancy. We remind you, all youths should be enrolled in schooling from the date of their consignment, or birth, and should remain enrolled until a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age. Any youth whom expresses distaste for their programed curriculum, or is faltering in it, should be reported. Beyond the scope of their schooling program, if the youth misbehaves in their free-time, they should also be reported. A consigned Human Resource will undergo evaluation, and a positive determination of dissent will result in their re-programming, or an exact replacement unit being issued at no charge. If the youth is a naturally born child, they will be subject to Docility implantation, imprisonment pending re-conditioning, or recruitment into Ascendancy service. Do not be alarmed. • Medical and Vaccine Hesitancy: Any debtor expressing distrust in the science, which is, you are reminded, approved and thoroughly tested by the Ascendancy, and Ascendancy-related entities and corporations, is liable to become captivated with dangerous terrorist Dissident ideologies. For this reason, it is in everyone’s best interest that even a loved-one’s expression to avoid their prescribed inoculation, check-up, or Docility Implant must be reported. All medical advice, products, and vaccines issued to the common debtor are fully approved and thoroughly tested to be both safe and effective, in their designed outcome.
• Opting-out of Community Events or State Participation: Contrary to what most news media foments and profits by, the “other guys” are not the enemy, but are core debtors, or Members of the Ascendancy government, and are merely expressing their patriotic devotion to the OEA – even if a debtor disagrees with another’s opinions or beliefs. On the contrary, it is those debtors whom refuse to take a side that one must fear. By refusing to vote in politics, or participate in the local block party, a debtor is outwardly showing their inward displeasure with Ascendancy way of life. It is in that deviant behavior that their risk to fall into dissent is fertilized. Please, do the Ascendancy, your neighbors, yourself, and the deviant a kindness by reporting the inactivity to the nearest Ascendancy Authority.
• Physical or Verbal Abuse: By Codified Law of the Ascendancy, it is illegal to discipline or outburst against a natural born child, man, or woman beyond the scope of approved methods. If a debtor is witness to spanking, raising of voice, threats of high-value object removal, or relational separation, please report the infraction to the nearest Ascendancy Authority. Being as we are all human, it is easy to fall back into the barbaric and archaic methods of anger-expression, and thus earn one hefty fines, jail time, removal of live-in or child, and many other consequences. For this reason, all debtors are encouraged to submit a request for Docility implantation at their earliest convenience. It is also recommended that those men and women who show signs of fertility request sterilization in order to avoid painful physical and legal outcomes. For this reason, should a debtor find another taking offense at any liberated lifestyle, they are encouraged to report them to the nearest Ascendancy Authority. Outside of those suggested by the WoEE and confirmed by Codified Law of the Ascendancy, it has been both a tradition and an honor for the High Seat to ratify and set precedent for the complete and total immolation of many outdated boundaries. Examples counter to Ascendancy culture include: insistence upon outdated traditions, offense toward individual sexual choices, offense toward bodily modification or augmentation, protests against approved consumptions, harboring of bigotry, hatred, or lack of acceptance, and refusal to celebrate commonly held ideals. There are many more outward signs of dissent. Please, if you witness similar infractions, report them to your nearest Ascendancy Authority. Diligence will be rewarded.
• Visits to the Corpo Commons: While the Corpo Commons is widely known as a place one can procure goods often out of stock or missing in the standard or affluent areas of Archlight, it is advised to be mindful of individuals who visit the infamous location. While it is not illegal for a debtor to visit the Corpo Commons, it is highly encouraged to take extra precautions or hire security, as the Commons are a breeding ground for illicit behavior and contraband, with excursions often resulting in unpleasant, violent, or even deadly outcomes. Further, the Commons are a known quantity for fomenting Dissident patterns of thought and behavior. As such, if you note that a neighbor, friend, acquaintance, or even passerby is visiting the Corpo Commons, whether once or multiple times, then it is your duty to inform on them. Even a single visit to the Corpo Commons is grounds for Oculus Askers to put someone to the question.
